The magazine "Boote" writes the following:

“The Beiderbecks and Knierims truly know their craft, as evidenced by the Knierim 36, designed in Bremen and built in Kiel using sandwich construction techniques. Indeed, blending classic forms with modern technology is currently in vogue, with many attempting it, but few can execute it as skillfully as the Kiel team, who expertly work with fine woods and plastics for the 11.50 m long runabout.

This expertise ensures that the hull and the powerful diesel engines (up to 2 x 370 HP), positioned in front of duoprop stern drives, harmonize perfectly with each other. "Perfectly" means fast (46 knots) and seaworthy in rough waters. When it comes to comfort, the convertible (double bed) seating area, shower room, a cockpit table that appears and disappears at the push of a button, the espresso machine, and the well-chilled "wine cellar" are the highlights.”
